This blog is about my life long quest to dunk a basketball. I have been training off and on towards this goal since I was about 18 years old (I will be 26 in a few days). Throughout that time, I have learned a TON about training, getting stronger, getting faster, and nutrition too. The scary part is that with all of the knowledge I have attained in 8 years of learning, I still don’t know half the stuff out there! The field of Strength, Cconditioning, and/or Physical Preparation is a huge field with a ton of data and more than a lifetime’s worth of learning. I am on my way.
Anyways, back to this blog. I plan to take the my knowledge and try and complete a goal I have had for quite some time. The goal is simple, dunk a basketball. The plan is simple, get lean, get strong, get fast. We’ll see how long it takes me to get there, but one thing is for certain, I will not quit until the goal is reached!
